I came home from work today and this is what my family was doing. It has been frigid for over a week and today the temps were in the 4o's so it felt like spring!!!!! Eliza was sledding through the flower bed and jake was playing kick ball!!!

The end of the day.....my husband and I both HATE teeth brushing time. It only takes a few minutes but the kids act so goofy, trying to put off bedtime I suppose. I love prayers and bedtime kisses...but ugh, teeth brushing!

This is a pic of my kids playing webkinz. They really love them. They usually play with just the stuffed animals. They sleep with them every night. This is a rare glimpse of them actually playing on the computer! When they do play computer webkinz. They play together just like on the pic!!!

My son went to play bingo with his gram. Since Eliza was home with us she played pretty pretty princess alone....that way you always get the crown!!! LOL!!!!

The lights in the house were really dim, so the pic quality is pretty bad...but you get the point!

She is in bed now! She chose to sleep in her brothers bunk bed because he is away for the night!

My husband is redoing my laundry closet as part of a Christmas Gift. I am so excited about having it finished. He removed the contents of the closet and painted it white yesterday. This is how it looked this morning.

I really wanted him to paint it purple, but he was being a cheapskate! He didn't want to spend the money. So I got a few digs in about doing it right and things of that nature....so when I got home from work...guess what!!!

Here is a picture of my little man doing his favorite toy!!! LEGOS!!! We put a card table in his bedroom so the really big lego sets could be a work in progress and not set up on the kitchen table and torn down for dinner!!! He can occupy himself for a really long time in his room with his legos.

Today is my baby's fourth birthday! Time flies. My husband heard a quote one time and he fully believes it...."the hours are long and the days are short when you are raising children." How true!

Eliza is a beautiful little ballarina. She had dance practice tonight and she was more than happy to go to rehearsal! After dance she was thrilled because she got to get donuts for her birthday treat! What a little blessing she is!

We left the outer banks today. As I was ready to leave the house, I snapped one last parting shot from our upstairs balcony. I miss you already OBX!!!!! I can't wait to go back in the summer!
